DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS:

Unfortunately once in awhile an item may have been shipped that is damaged or defective, if this is the case we are extremely sorry! We will handle this as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please call our Customer Service Department immediately. Please contact us before returning the item, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted you will be responsible for all return shipping charges incurred.

STANDARD DELIVERY:

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days for in-stock items; please allow up to an additional 2 days for rural zip codes.  This is the only option for all PO boxes.
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

TWO-DAY DELIVERY:

Please note orders placed after 11 am (PST) on Fridays or over the weekends will be processed Monday and should arrive 2 business days after shipping.  Two-day orders placed on any other day should arrive within 2 business days if ordered by 11 am (PST).
Available for in-stock items only.
Not available for P.O. Boxes or AP/DPO/FPO addresses.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY:

Overnight deliveries must be received by 11:00 am (PST).

How will Belly Bandit® eGift Cards be delivered?

eGfit cards are delivered via email and reach their recipient within 5 hours if there are no issues with the order. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.

Where can Belly Bandit® eGift Cards be redeemed?

eGift Cards can only be redeemed at our website here or by calling 1.888.80.BELLY. eGift Cards can not be redeemed at Belly Bandit® retail locations.

To redeem a gift certificate at Belly Bandit, follow the simple steps below.

1. You need your unique gift certificate code, which is part of the gift certificate that was emailed to you as an attachment. It will look something like Z50-Y6K-COS-402.
2. Browse the store and add items to your cart as you normally would.
3. Click the ‘View Cart‘ link to view the contents of your shopping cart.
4. Type your gift certificate code in to the ‘Redeem Gift Certificate’ box and click ‘Go’.

Redeeming Belly Bandit® eGift Cards by phone

• Call 1.888.80.BELLY to place your order.
• You will be asked to provide your Belly Bandit® eGift Card number along with a valid credit card.
• When the total amount of your order exceeds the total value on your Belly Bandit® eGift Card, your credit card will be charged the remaining balance.
• When the amount of your order is less than the value on your Belly Bandit® eGift Card, your credit card will not be charged. Any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card.

Checking the balance on Belly Bandit® eGift Cards

• Check your balance on the eGift Card page, or during checkout.
• You can call 1.888.80.BELLY to check the balance on all Belly Bandit® eGift Cards.

• For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match this criteria.

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California and Michigan. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase*, including shipping/handling charges (as required) and gift-wrap services. *Purchases paid for using Belly Bandit Gift Cards or eGift Cards are subject to applicable sales tax. No sales tax is charged when purchasing eGift Cards.

REDEEMING OFFER CODES. Simply enter your offer code in the text box marked “Coupon Code” on the Billing page during the Checkout process. When an offer code is accepted, it will be displayed on the “Order Review” page.

Please Note: Offer codes are case sensitive and should be entered exactly as they appear. Only one offer code may be used per online order.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item prior to its shipment, please contact us at 323.556.0535 and we will be happy to assist you.

Pre-sell Items
Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site. Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped.
