Our Return & Exchange Authorization Policy For All Items:

We are happy to return or exchange any Mother Tucker™ or B.D.A. product and we are happy to exchange any Belly Bandit® or Bosom Bandit™ or B.F.F.™ product that can meet all of the following criteria and have an accompanying Return or Exchange form filled out in its entirety:

  • The merchandise was purchased only from The Caden Companies Inc. through www.BellyBandit.com or by telephone at 1.888.80.BELLY;
  • All exchanges must be authorized within seven (14) days of original receipt of delivery;
  • All returned merchandise will be inspected by our returns and exchange department. The returned item must be free of damage including creases, stretching, stains or any other visible sign of usage. Compression products immediately form to your body shape if worn for any length of time. Remember to only briefly try on products if you are considering an exchange;
  • Our Belly Bandit®, Bosom Bandit™ and BFF™ products are considered intimate undergarments and can only be exchanged for sizing reasons. All returned items must be unused, in its original packaging, in saleable condition with any clothing tags, stickers or Company information still attached.

How To Exchange an Item:

  • A few reminders: You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Until our warehouse confirms receipt of your item, and we inspect the item so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, we will be unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Exchanges will be processed within 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your item.
  • All authorized transactions will be credited to the original credit card used, less any restocking fee and less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
  • All exchanges will be processed as soon as possible. You will be contacted directly, either by email or telephone to process the exchange upon receipt of an authorized exchange by our customer service department.

  • Ship your unworn/unused item(s) with your EA or RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
