Our world famous Belly Wraps are designed to help you look and feel your absolute best after delivery – because when you deliver, so do we! The B.F.F. Belly Wrap may help slim and support your belly, waist, and hips, while also strengthening core muscles weakened during pregnancy. It encourages better posture and offers support while exercising. This wrap is recommended for those with shorter waists.

How To Wear

The ideal fit for your Belly Bandit® Belly Wrap is a snug one, with pressure on the belly - but without any impact on breathing or circulation. If discomfort occurs, remove the wrap and consult your healthcare provider.

Note: The first time you wear your wrap, it may barely close. That's OK. You want to have the length of the Velcro® closure available so you can keep tightening your wrap as you recover and size down.

WHEN TO WEAR

We recommend wearing your Belly Wrap post-delivery as soon as your comfortable, for a minimum of 6-10 weeks. However, many women find wrapping to be effective long after this initial period.

This really helped my lower back aches that started day 8 after a total hysterectomy. I find it uncomfortable in bed, I take it off. Very comfortable sitting at the table or in any chair, prevents slouchy which has caused discomfort. Makes you sit up straight, which feels good. I wear a long tank top(Costco). I bought the sleeve to wear under it, the fishhook was annoying and uncomfortable around the incision around the belly button. I wish I didn't purchase it, no stuck with it. Highly recommended for any abdominal surgery. You won't regret it.

I bought this for my daughter and she’s so satisfied and she’s wearing it right after delivering the baby and she says it’s very comfortable and doesn’t hurt at all having it on.

I would skip this wrap. You do get good compression, but as you move around the band scrunches and gets lumps. Not comfortable under clothing and definitely can’t wear out of the house.

This is extremely uncomfortable and completely folds in the middle. No matter how loose or tight I make it or how I re-position it. It bunches up and bruises my back and sides. I left a review on Belly Bandit’s site and they conveniently did not post it. Such a waste of money.

Surprisingly awesome!

I was not a believer in belly wrapping, but tried this after my second pregnancy (and second, worse case of diastasis recti!). Even though I started later than recommended, like two months later, I was amazed that this product clearly helped my tummy look less full, droopy, and pregnant within days. I had quicker results using this than I had for the first two months, and continued using it for several months with continued progress. I'm now a believer!
